Success Criterion 1.4.10 Reflow
Content can be presented without loss of information or functionality, and without requiring scrolling in two dimensions for:
- Vertical scrolling content at a width equivalent to 320 CSS pixels;
- Horizontal scrolling content at a height equivalent to 256 CSS pixels.
Except for parts of the content which require two-dimensional layout for usage or meaning.

Innehåll kan presenteras utan att information eller funktionalitet går förlorad och utan att kräva sidrullning i två dimensioner för:
- Innehåll som rullas vertikalt med en bredd som motsvarar 320 bildpunkter i CSS;
- Innehåll som rullas horisontellt med en höjd som motsvarar 256 bildpunkter i CSS.
Förutom de delar av innehållet som kräver visning i två dimensioner för användning eller innebörd.
